Once we decide to work together, we will meet on the phone once a week, 

for 45-55 minutes.  

 

Coaching is very action-oriented.  

During our sessions, I will help you 

map out where you want to go, 

and then help you get there.

 

I can play a number of roles - 

mentor, motivator, cheerleader, consultant.

 

I will not tell you what to do

but help you figure out what you want, 

and support you as you go after it.

 

I am NOT a therapist, 

and Coaching is NOT therapy.  

 

Serious problems, such as depression, eating disorders, sexual or emotional abuse, or even financial crises must be treated by a qualified professional - a psychologist, a psychiatrist, a physician, or a financial advisor... not a Coach.
